The consistency of job and family is a day-to-day reality here at Steinberg. We offer all our employees working time models that suit them and life’s very different phases. Additionally to working from home, in flex or part-time, we support individual leave of absence, if reasonable, and family leave or care periods. Planning a career is possible with us even when working part-time.

Occupational health management: We foster a healthy working climate

Our occupational health management pursues an integral approach. The mental wellbeing of our employees is just as important to us as their physical health.

A team of Steinberg employees take questions of occupational safety and health in the company very seriously, getting legal advice from a group of external consultants.

An external and objective partner professionally consults our employees anonymously and free of cost concerning all questions of life.
